What products does C2M Printing offer?

It includes Cards and Invitations, Photos and Gifts, Office Supplies, Clothing & Bags, Business Cards, Marketing Material, Banners & Signs, Labels & Stickers. 

What shipping carriers do you use to parcel your products?

We often use Australia Post for delivering our products that are being manufactured at our domestic printing plant operating in Australia. Products that are processed or printed outside Australia are being shipped using a number of international courier services that offer cheapest charges and fastest delivery. Once the orders are shipped, the delivery channel, estimated delivery date and other tracking details (if available) will be shared with you in your shipment confirmation email. 

What are the delivery charges for any given product?

You can visit our Delivery page to check how we calculate the delivery charges for our products. The delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, delicacy and required delivery speed mentioned by our customer. 

How do I place an urgent order?

Congratulations. We do accept urgent or expedited orders and deliver them on priority. However, our expedited delivery of 3 business days can be availed on the orders placed before 8 am AEST at any given day. You can select your delivery option as per your degree of urgency. 
Note: Some products cannot be expedited due to the nature of their manufacturing/printing requirements. For instance, 3- day delivery is not available for Photo Books as they are printed in our manufacturing plant outside Australia. 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order 24/7 from the Order History page. 
1. Go to My Account page. 
2. Then click on View Order History and it will take you to your orders record in chronological order. 
3. There will be a column titled Status which can be followed against each order to check the current status of that product. 
4. Click the Track button in the Actions column to view the tracking associated with an order. 
If you are facing any trouble with your order, you can reach out to us directly at any time. 

How do I make changes to my order?

You can perform any customization on your product before the printing has been initiated for your personalized product. Follow the steps below to edit/alter your order if any of the criteria above are met. 
1. Go to My Account page. 
2. Then click on View Order History and it will take you to your orders record. 
3. If you can see a view/edit order button on your screen, then you can click on it to change it. If the button cannot be seen, unfortunately, it means the printing has started and it cannot be reverted. 
 
Note: The requirement of changing the quantity, paper stock/finish or shipping speed can be communicated to us at any time. We will be happy to assist. 
 
Disclaimer: Some products cannot be edited as soon as their order is placed due to the nature of the products. For instance, 
i. Design services 
ii. Digital products 
iii. Sale products 
iv. Some photobooks 
You will have to contact us directly if you need assistance with changing any order containing the above products. 

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before the dispatch of a ready-made product or at any time before the customization for any personalized print product. Follow the steps below to cancel your order if any of the criteria above is met. 

1. Go to My Account page. 

2. Then click on View Order History and it will take you to your orders record. 

3. Now click Cancel My Order when the pop-up prompts asking "Are you sure you want to cancel?" 

4. A confirmation message with the text Cancelled with halt the proceeding of your order from that moment. 

Upon successful cancellation of any order, your account will be debited or credited with a certain amount depending upon the terms of the purchase. 

Will C2M Printing also connect me to a third party at any point?

While you are visiting or utilizing the C2M Printing site, you might be given a chance to purchase third party products or services directly. These products or services are offered and provided by autonomous organizations not possessed or maintained by C2M Printing. 

What type of data does C2M gather?

We will gather personal and non-personal data about you over the span of your dealings with C2M Printing. At whatever point you visit our site, we automatically gather some data about your exchanges with us, and your utilization of our site.
